With over 35 years in residential and commercial real estate, Scott Bogart brings unmatched experience to Interweb Realty. He began his career in Guatemala, where he founded a development company that built seven communities, sold around 5,000 lots, and constructed more than 250 homes—along with leading major housing initiatives tied to the 1996 Peace Accords.

After relocating to Lago Vista, Texas in 2000, Scott built custom homes around Lake Travis and later founded Green Ape LLC and Abliss LLC, both now run by his family. Licensed since 2009, he has sold millions in Texas land and worked closely with developers and individual buyers to help families achieve land ownership.

Today, Scott leads Interweb Realty, guiding clients through residential, land, and commercial transactions while continuing to grow a strong team of dedicated real estate professionals.

Chris, a proud Texas A&M graduate and lifelong Austinite, combines his deep roots in the community with a commitment to delivering exceptional real estate results. Known for successfully connecting clients to their dream properties and helping businesses find the perfect spaces, Chris brings a personal touch and proven expertise to every transaction.
